We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. We are currently seeking a Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to support daily maintenance operations. This role is temporary to assist with current workload and coverage, with the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs. This position will be primarily based out of our Maintenance Shop location in Sherwood Park, AB Responsibilities: Manage service schedule reports Create and distribute work orders Track repairs and backlog items Organize parts for field work Review and follow up on incomplete work orders Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance coordination or related role Familiarity with heavy equipment used in road construction such as skid steers, excavators, and paving equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to track and manage work orders, parts, and service schedules accurately Knowledge of maintenance or fleet operations is considered an asset Valid Class 5 Driver's License Benefits: Dental care Extended health care RRSP match Vision care ANY MISREPRESENTATION OF YOUR QUALIFICATIONS DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR CANDIDACY. #PPLHP
