Job summary
Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We own and operate a large fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles as part of our business and we are looking for a OIL & LUBE SERVICE FIELD TECHNICIAN to work out in the field and help support our company's operations. Responsibilities include: Operation of a 2-ton service and lube truck Performing on-site oil and filter changes, equipment greasing, and fluid level checks Replacing wear parts and performing small mechanical repairs Keeping detail records of work performed using the company's asset management software Requirements Valid Class 5 Driver's license (or higher) MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLE Proven experience as a lube/service technician, or equivalent experience/education Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks Ability to work independently and efficiently Must be able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions Successful candidates must have a driving record free of major infractions, and must pass a medical/fitness exam, as conditions of employment. *** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental care Extended health care RRSP match Vision care Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): What is your wage expectation?
