Senior Project Manager - Permanent - 4291 About the Opportunity Most large GTA builders staff a mega project by pulling their best people off everything else and hoping the rest holds. This client is doing the opposite. They’ve secured a single ICI project north of $600M in the Greater Toronto Area and, rather than treat it as a one-time peak, they’re building the bench to pursue and deliver more work at that scale. This role exists because of that decision. Whoever takes it is expected to run this project and be part of what follows it, which is why the search is being run carefully rather than quickly. Duties include but are not limited to: Senior PM on one large-scale ICI project in the GTA; not split across four sites Reporting into senior construction leadership, with no regional layer between you and the decision-maker Full ownership of buyout, schedule and cost from preconstruction handover through closeout A project team sized to the scope, with real input on who joins it A builder with a pipeline of large ICI work behind this job, not a single trophy project About You The successful candidate will have the following: You’ve run ICI work in the $75M+ range in Ontario and you owned the schedule rather than reported on it You know which trades in this market can genuinely resource a job this size, and which ones say yes and then fail You can sit across from an owner’s rep and be believed You’ve built a project team before, including the parts where you had to move someone out You’re comfortable being the most senior construction voice in the room on a job of this scale About the Job Location: Mississauga, ON (GTA) Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000 base, plus vehicle allowance, bonus and full benefits A firm with a long-term outlook: clients held for decades, and a pattern of keeping people for careers rather than for the length of a job Safety and quality programs that get enforced on site, not printed for the boardroom Work at a scale that changes what your next twenty years look like How to Apply Please apply by completing the application form below and submitting your résumé. Requirements

Candidates must have experience running ICI projects valued at $75M+ in Ontario with a strong track record of owning the project schedule. Proven ability to manage trade resources and communicate effectively with owner representatives is required.
