DAY TO DAY * Transportation and application of crop protection products * Sprayer Operator: Responsible for loading the sprayer tank and ensuring proper cleaning * Floater Operator: Operate the floater safely to apply products * Handle the loading and unloading of seed, fertilizer, and chemicals * Maintain agricultural equipment through upkeep and maintenance * Ensure the maintenance and organization of the equipment and yard * Deliver excellent customer service WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience working on a farm and/or with agriculture equipment is required * Experience in mechanical repair and general maintenance of equipment * Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement and several years driving experience * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle physical demands of the position and work in all weather conditions * Flexible work schedule (extended hours may be required) WHY JOIN US At P&H, our people are our priority. The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery, including sprayers and floaters. They will also handle the loading and unloading of agricultural inputs while providing excellent customer service.

Candidates must have experience working on a farm or with agricultural equipment, along with mechanical repair skills. A valid Class 1 driver's license with air brake endorsement is required, as well as the ability to work in all weather conditions.
