What you'll love about this role You'll earn 40% of collections, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, working out of an established, busy clinic with a strong patient base. We're also offering a signing bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidate, plus mentorship and a genuinely collaborative clinical team behind you. What you'll be doing You'll deliver a full spectrum of general dentistry — restorative, cosmetic, and preventative care — and build thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that put patient health and confidence first. You'll build real, long-term relationships with patients in a welcoming environment, work alongside a skilled and supportive team, and keep accurate records while upholding professional standards. What you bring A DDS/DMD from an accredited program, and you're licensed (or eligible) to practise in Ontario. Beyond that, we're looking for strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care — plus a passion for continuous learning and growth. Experience with hard tissue laser, CEREC, CBCT, intraoral scanning, or a digitally advanced practice is a bonus, but not required. Why Village Dental Centre?
