Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full-time - 3-month contract and potential full-time permanent opportunity. Schedule: Clinic operates 7 days a week, until 9 pm Mon–Fri and until 6 pm on weekends Wage range: $23-25/hour, depending on the candidate's experience Your Responsibilities While your day-to-day will be dynamic, your core responsibilities will include: Serving as the first point of contact—welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email with a high standard of care Coordinating and optimizing appointment schedules, including filling last-minute openings Managing patient inquiries, referrals, and communication with external offices Clearly explaining treatment plans, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs or payment options Processing billing for patients and insurance providers while maintaining accurate financial records Following up on outstanding accounts receivable from both patients and insurers Maintaining up-to-date patient records and entering data into electronic systems What You Bring A minimum of six months to one year of experience in a customer-facing service, administrative, or reception role is required.
