We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Sales Enablement, Artwork Support to support our Sales Teams in our Mississauga head office. In this role, you will oversee the collection, review, troubleshooting, and management of artwork files for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. Working with a fast-paced team of Account Executives, Creative Design Studio, Production Teams, and external clients, you will ensure all creative materials are accurate, complete, and ready for production. This is a client-facing and cross-functional role focused on strong communication, technical accuracy, problem-solving, and ensuring campaigns remain on schedule. It is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys structure, understands print production, and takes pride in delivering flawless campaign execution. Who You Are… 2-4 years of experience in artwork coordination, pre-press, print production, signage production, or advertising operations (OOH experience an asset). Experience working in a large-format printing, signage, or graphics production environment is considered a strong asset. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of artwork requirements, file formats, colour profiles, bleeds, resolution standards, materials, and print production processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external vendors in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot artwork issues efficiently and determine the appropriate path for resolution. What You’ll Do… Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding artwork submission, specifications, templates, and deadlines. Collect incoming artwork files and ensure they meet technical requirements for print, transit, and digital OOH formats. Review and pre-flight artwork files for accuracy, layout, resolution, and compliance with Pattison standards. Communicate clearly with clients, Account Executives, and the Creative Design Studio team when files require revisions, formatting adjustments, creative updates, or clarification of specifications. Maintain organized documentation for deadlines, approvals, file versions, and campaign readiness. Track artwork submissions and follow up on missing or late materials to keep campaigns on schedule. Support Account Executives with artwork-related client updates, timelines, and file management. Assist production and sales coordinators with artwork-related questions, vendor issues, and file troubleshooting as needed.
