Responsibilities What You’ll Do Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals What It Takes to Win Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience. This range includes base pay plus commission but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
