Job Description Paylidify Canada is actively seeking a Corporate Sales Consultant with a proven history of driving growth and achieving success. Experience with client relationship management tools is essential, and a drive for growth and advancement is highly valued. As a Corporate Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business. Your creativity, tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for problem-solving will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for Paylidify to support the growth of small and medium-sized merchants. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key, enabling you to connect with customers via email, phone, and in-person. You'll build trust and relationships, and consistently demonstrate value throughout the sales process. In this strategic role, you will work closely with our Regional Management teams to target, position, and acquire net new businesses that are a strong fit for Paylidify. Successful candidates will have opportunities for career growth into new regions across both Canada and the US. You will: Introduce Paylidify to SMB organizations, demonstrating how our solutions simplify and improve operations while identifying key customer benefits Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding Build strong, meaningful relationships and navigate partner organizations to identify and influence decision-makers Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outbound sales efforts Work closely with the Administration, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs Leverage prior sales experience to innovate and implement creative go-to-market strategies Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a qualifying or prospecting role Demonstrated drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment Experience or interest in outbound sales and prospecting Proven track record of over-performance in a quota-carrying role Developed interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with new and existing customers Structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and understand prospective buyers Openness to feedback and dedication to continuous improvement Interest in internal growth and professional development Tenacity and adaptability in new situations Job Criteria Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Next Steps The chosen applicants can expect to receive a response within three (3) business days of applying.
