Location: Remote / Hybrid (Toronto) What You Will Do As a full-stack web developer, your daily tasks will include: Working on the frontend and the backend of our core application. Building new features, fixing bugs, and writing automated tests. Troubleshooting and maintaining existing features. Exercising best practices of UI/UX to shape the best user experiences. Implementing AI flows through prompt engineering, agentic orchestration, and MCP servers. Designing efficient data structures and models. Handling Git workflows to participate in the deployment process. What You Bring Must reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada. 2–3 years of experience in full-stack web development. Hands-on experience with Angular. Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel. Strong proficiency in SQL and database operations. An eye for UI/UX design, with the ability to build responsive modern web pages. Understanding of authentication flows and RESTful APIs. Proficiency with Git, version control, and basic deployment workflows. Experience or familiarity with automated testing practices. Strong problem-solving skills and an inquisitive, eager-to-learn mindset. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid team. Bonus Points For Experience with Python. Familiarity with DevOps practices and Cloud Environments. Exposure to modern AI development, such as Code Generation, Agentic AI, or MCP servers. What You Get Competitive salary.
