Depending on your assigned project as a Workforce Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: Responsibilities Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. Assist with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration. Track and report on workforce, training, and employee development data. Prepare communications, presentations, and project materials. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support employee engagement activities and special workforce projects. Conduct research and provide administrative support to the Workforce team. Assists with various department administration tasks when necessary. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality required of work assignments. Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment.
