PeakTew is a social media app aiming to connect more people with the real world. Our team consists of passionate individuals from over a dozen different countries. This offer is aimed at those willing to take part in a startup project during their free time to learn more about the professional world and gain international work experience. This implies being ready to commit some time every week to the project. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute to the growth and culture-building of the company, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and team management. Your missions: Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to address hiring needs and develop strategic talent pipelines. Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Support onboarding to foster a smooth integration into the company culture. Participate in team meetings to align hiring priorities and challenges. This is an online role, meaning that you would be working remotely. You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need. This role will also be unpaid as PeakTew is a student-led project that isn’t (yet) generating revenue. This opportunity will enable you to: Gain international work experience (valuable on your resume). Expand your global network, primarily in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
