Summary AS A HOME HEALTH SCHEDULER: you will coordinate/assign visiting disciplines tp patients including but not limited to: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social services, dietician, and home health aides. You will coordinate schedules between multiple providers and discplines to assure optimal patient care, efficient utilization of services, and compliance with physician orders.
