Job details
We're seeking a highly motivated, sales-minded individual ready to build on their existing sales skills and grow with our inside sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive new business and book qualified meetings for our producers, building out KASE's sales funnel and unlocking new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. No insurance experience is required: we train our salespeople into licensed brokers, and this role is the first step on that path. The Inside Sales Representative will: • Drive new business development through cold calling, lead generation, and networking across your designated region of the GTA. • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, including key decision-makers. • Identify each prospect's commercial insurance picture — current coverage, who they're with, and when their program renews. • Book qualified, confirmed appointments and hand them off, well-briefed, to a producer. • Find creative ways to generate new leads and open new doors. • Achieve defined call-volume and appointment targets and keep your pipeline clean in our CRM. • Participate in continuing education to build product knowledge and sales skill and work toward your RIBO licence. • Represent KASE in the market as a credible brand ambassador. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative at KASE, you will need: • A track record of competing and winning — in sales, sports, or anything measured by a scoreboard. • Sales experience and a genuine passion for generating results and opening new business (no insurance background required — we teach that). • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and active-listening skills. • Resilience, coachability, and a solutions-and-results mindset. • The drive to earn your licence and grow into a producing role. What's in it for you: • A competitive base plus an uncapped bonus • A clear, written path from inside sales to licensed producer — with a Letter of Intent for top performers. • A hybrid schedule — three days from home, two in the office. • Learn by working alongside our producers and sales leadership. • Extended health and dental benefits and a suite of wellness supports. • Assistance toward your RIBO licence and industry designations. KASE Insurance is a Toronto-based commercial insurance brokerage with deep expertise in construction and the wider GTA market. We build our producers from the ground up, hiring driven salespeople and training them into licensed brokers, and we're growing our inside sales team as the first rung of that ladder. We are committed to providing an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and clients feel valued, respected, and supported. We are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities in which we live, and to creating an environment where every employee has the opportunity to reach their potential.
