People Force is looking for a Senior / Expert AI Full Stack Developer for a 1 year contract role with one of our client. This position is a hybrid position with onsite presence at our client’s Montreal office , 2 days per week Assignment Overview We are looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and operation of AI-powered applications within a large organization. The role covers the entire development lifecycle, including front-end, back-end, data integration, DevOps practices, and production environment support. Key Responsibilities Develop AI applications across both front-end and back-end systems. Design and implement data ingestion and processing mechanisms. Provide support and maintain production solutions following a “you build it, you run it” approach. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution reliability, performance, and scalability. Contribute to infrastructure and deployment automation. Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting tools. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in: React Python Elixir Terraform Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including: Bedrock S3 OpenSearch EKS EC2 Lambda Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and Splunk. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in an agile, multidisciplinary environment. Aperçu du mandat Nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) Full Stack IA Senior pour contribuer au développement et à l’exploitation d’applications basées sur l’intelligence artificielle au sein d’une grande organisation. Le rôle couvre l’ensemble du cycle de développement, notamment le développement front-end et back-end, l’intégration des données, les pratiques DevOps ainsi que le soutien des environnements de production. Responsabilités principales Développer des applications d’IA sur les systèmes front-end et back-end. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes d’ingestion et de traitement des données. Assurer le soutien et la maintenance des solutions en production selon une approche « vous le construisez, vous l’exploitez ». Concevoir et maintenir les pipelines CI/CD. Collaborer avec les équipes techniques afin d’assurer la fiabilité, la performance et l’évolutivité des solutions. Contribuer à l’automatisation de l’infrastructure et des déploiements. Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les outils de surveillance, d’observabilité et d’alerte. Compétences et expérience requises Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel. Maîtrise des technologies suivantes : React Python Elixir Terraform Expérience pratique avec les services infonuagiques AWS, notamment : Bedrock S3 OpenSearch EKS EC2 Lambda Expérience avec les outils CI/CD, notamment GitHub Actions et ArgoCD. Expérience avec des outils de surveillance et d’observabilité tels que Datadog et Splunk. Excellentes compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en collaboration. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement agile et multidisciplinaire. Bilingue français/anglais requis en raison des communications avec des équipes partout au Canada.
