Role We are seeking a talented and compassionate Hairstylist who is excited to positively impact the lives of seniors while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming retirement and long-term care environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide professional hairstyling and hair cutting services for residents * Perform men’s cuts and clipper work with confidence * Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive resident relationships * Manage appointment bookings and basic reception duties * Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized salon environment * Monitor and replenish salon supplies as needed * Create a welcoming and engaging experience for residents and families WHAT YOU BRING * Valid hairstylist license/certification and liability insurance * Previous professional hairstyling and hair cutting experience * Confidence performing men’s haircuts and clipper work * Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment * Commitment to professionalism, resident satisfaction, and exceeding expectations * Must provide your own hairstyling tools Thank you for your interest in joining peopleCare.
