Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud architecture, landing zones, migration and modernization, cloud infrastructure, security, networking, automation, and Infrastructure as Code. The Cloud Architect will be responsible for driving cloud transformation initiatives, developing enterprise-level reference architectures, and providing technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, Security, and Application teams. Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. Strong experience building and managing cloud landing zones, including identity, governance, networking, and security. Proven experience leading cloud migration and transformation initiatives, including application assessments, migration wave planning, modernization, and execution. Strong knowledge of developing reference architectures, High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and cloud design patterns. Experience with cloud infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, load balancing, and monitoring. Hands-on experience with PaaS services, including AKS, EKS, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and managed databases. Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, RBAC, encryption, security controls, and governance frameworks. Experience designing hybrid cloud connectivity using VNet/VPC, VPN, Azure ExpressRoute, and AWS Direct Connect. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation, particularly Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and CloudFormation. Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure and application deployments. Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, infrastructure automation, and operational monitoring. Key Responsibilities Design and architect secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions across Azure and AWS. Build and manage enterprise cloud landing zones, ensuring appropriate identity, governance, networking, security, and operational controls. Lead cloud migration and modernization programs, including workload assessments, migration strategy, wave planning, execution, and optimization. Develop reference architectures, HLDs, LLDs, architecture patterns, and technical design documentation. Design and optimize cloud infrastructure covering compute, storage, networking, load balancing, and monitoring. Architect and implement PaaS solutions using services such as AKS/EKS, App Services, Functions/Lambda, and managed databases. Define and enforce cloud security, IAM/RBAC, encryption, governance, and compliance frameworks. Design and implement hybrid connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure/AWS using VPN, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect. Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and standardization using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and CloudFormation. Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated cloud infrastructure and application deployments. Work closely with DevOps, Security, Application, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful cloud adoption and implementation. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout cloud transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve cloud scalability, security, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
