IAM Analyst 📍 Location: Toronto, ON 💼 Work Model: Hybrid 💰 Salary: CAD $120,000–$125,000 per year 🇨🇦 Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Canada About the Role We are looking for an experienced IAM Analyst to support Identity and Access Management initiatives, identity governance, access controls, and security governance within an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities & Requirements 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance Experience with identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, and access controls Strong understanding of security groups, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and identity governance principles Experience conducting identity and entitlement cleanup, rationalization, and remediation initiatives Knowledge of human and non-human identity governance practices Experience defining ownership, approval, and access review processes Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale identity governance transformation initiatives Knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access certification programs Familiarity with enterprise security governance frameworks and best practices Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through the external application link Please submit your updated resume highlighting your relevant IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance, RBAC, and access management experience.
