What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Total Compensation: $49,000 - $79,870 Responsibilities Coordinate the crewing of multiple production lines and classification to ensure the manufacturing department is able to operate effectively and efficiently Track and report attendance of frontline employee population Utilize time management systems to ensure Team Members are paid and charged to the correct cost center Analyze cost performance and ingredient usage using Oracle Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects Utilize Avantis and MyBuy to source and assess quotes and approve site purchases Demonstrated leadership capabilities and leading for results through otherHigh level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple shifting priorities Knowledge of computer applications (MS Word/Excel) Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated peoples and leadership skills Must be willing to work all shifts Careers to Smile About: At PepsiCo, you’ll discover a place where our mission is to create smiles around the world.
