What you’ll do

Prepare and analyze estimates by reviewing proposals, specifications, plans, tender documents, and project conditions; identify alternatives and calculate labor and material costs. Obtain supplier bids, conduct quantity and material surveys, prepare formal bids, present estimates to the Chief Estimator or Project Manager, and attend site visits as needed.

Requirements

Requires more than five years of experience in similar roles, knowledge of design-build systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates should communicate effectively in French and English and be organized, autonomous, versatile, proactive, and able to manage priorities, emergencies, and deadlines.
