Coordinate insurance calls in a professional manner. Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery. Remind customers of set appointments via telephone, email or text. Provide general and administrative support to the Body Shop. Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees. Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions. Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required. Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times. Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures. Other duties as required by management What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or GED is required. 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent is preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred. Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. Able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail will be required. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. Proficient with Google Workspace Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required. CDK experience is an asset. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule What’s in it for you? Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected annual salary): $36,000 - $40,000 per year. The starting salary will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
