Provide customer service by examining vehicles and recommend needed service. Ensure all required parts for a repair process are obtained Ensure the shop is clean and tidy and assist Licensed Automotive Technicians when required. Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines. Assist assigned technicians as needed. Other duties as required by management. What you need to succeed: 3rd year or higher registered Apprentice Must have 2-3 years of automotive service work experience Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs. Grade 12 diploma or GED. Must be reliable and able to work productively. Previous brand experience is considered an asset, however not necessary. Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Must be team oriented, hardworking with a positive attitude. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines. Proven knowledge and experience with automotive mechanical operations. What’s in it for you? Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected hourly wage): $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience. Requirements
Candidates must be a 3rd year or higher registered apprentice with 2-3 years of automotive service experience. A valid Ontario driver's license and a Grade 12 diploma or GED are mandatory requirements for this position.
