Performance Honda Mayfield is looking for a team oriented Service Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics and a willingness to learn and succeed. Reporting into the Service Manager, this position will mainly be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers. Tagging and parking service vehicles. Assisting service department with administrative duties. Washing vehicles. Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized. Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean. Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership. Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships Other duties as assigned by management What do you need to succeed: Post secondary degree or diploma. Must have a valid Ontario Driver's license and good driving record Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure. Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience. The Service Concierge is responsible for greeting customers, managing service vehicle logistics, and maintaining the cleanliness of the service drive-thru. They also assist the service department with administrative tasks and conduct basic vehicle inspections.

Candidates must possess a post-secondary degree or diploma and a valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment are required.
