In this role, you will support the pursuit and execution of major Infrastructure, Industrial, and Climbing projects across Canada. This dynamic role blends technical design expertise with customer-facing collaboration, enabling the delivery of innovative, safe, and cost-effective formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions.What you'll do on a typical day: Strengthen PERI’s market position by developing and maintaining strong, value-driven relationships with key decision makers. Attend client meetings and liaise with the Sales team to ensure the safest and most cost-effective solutions are offered to our customers. Develop conceptual formwork, shoring and scaffolding solutions for infrastructure construction projects utilizing PERI’s systems. Exhibit a high level of technical and design competence consistent with PERI’s engineering standards. Create material lists and check material lists completed by others. Visit job sites regularly to deliver timely technical guidance and support. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments throughout the tendering, proposal, and execution stages of each project. What you'll need to be successful: A degree in Civil Engineering, a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, or relative industry experience. 1-3 plus years’ experience in structural engineering and construction preferred. Will consider engineering experience from other industries. Strong communication skills are required, as this role directly interacts with customers to address technical inquiries. A results-driven aptitude with a strong commitment to achieve and surpass sales goals. Experience using AutoCAD is an asset. Good understanding of Canadian and Provincial Building Standards and Codes; understanding of European standards relevant to formwork and/or scaffolding is an asset. Vehicle and valid driver’s license required. Requirements

Requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience, preferably with 1-3+ years in structural engineering. Must possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Canadian building standards.
