Wholesale Order Picker

As an Order Picker, you'll play an important role in ensuring every order is carefully selected, accurately prepared, and ready for delivery to customers throughout Halifax and beyond. What You'll Do Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner. Inspect products to ensure they meet Pete's high standards for freshness and quality. Communicate with customers by phone to confirm orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment processes. Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed. Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support other store operations and perform additional duties as required. What We're Looking For A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong commitment to customer service. Flexibility to work a changing schedule based on business needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
