The Role: Overall Responsibility: Servicing, Cross-selling, and Upselling our existing clients · Will work with a team who is passionate and enthusiastic about putting the customer first and ready to celebrate your success · Promotes company core values when interacting with clients and co-workers · Creates a positive client experience by understanding and meeting and exceeding the customers’ needs · Will rely on your efficiency when using multiple computer programs and applications at once · You’re an advocate, communicating important insurance solutions and coverages to our customers · Clearly explain coverage and limits to clients, discuss products to address needs and gaps in coverage · Receive incoming calls & emails and respond in a timely manner · Build relationships with clients, your team and underwriters · Wanting to serve and deliver an exceptional experience through different methods of contact based on the preference of our clients · Empowered to do the right thing to get the job done well · Complete real-time quotes and policy changes on company partner portals Qualifications & Skills: · Mandatory RIBO Licensed required · 2+ years experience of Personal Lines customer service · CAIB and/or CIP an asset · SIG/EPIC Experience an asset · Ability to work in a paperless environment · Must be open and adaptable to new technology · Excellent communication skills both oral and written · Ability to work within a team and create a supportive environment · Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively · Actively enjoys workplace comradery and light-hearted fun!
