If you are looking for a collaborative environment where you can practice clinical pharmacy to its full potential, we want to hear from you. \n Responsibilities * Patient Care & Clinical Services: Conduct clinical assessments, manage chronic and acute medication therapy, and provide comprehensive patient counseling. * Clinical Interventions: Administer injections and vaccines, adapt and renew prescriptions, and manage drug therapies to optimize patient health outcomes. * Dispensing & Quality Assurance: Oversee the accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and dispensing of medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. * Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with local physicians, clinics, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate seamless transitions of care. * Healthcare Education: Serve as a trusted drug information resource for patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals. Requirements * Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Licensure: Active Pharmacist license (or immediate eligibility for licensure). Injection Certification: Valid certification to administer injections. Technical Skills: Proficiency with pharmacy software (experience with Kroll is highly preferred) and electronic health records. Background Check: Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search prior to employment. The pharmacist will conduct clinical assessments, manage medication therapies, and oversee the accurate dispensing of medications. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and serve as a drug information resource for patients and professionals.

Candidates must hold a BScPharm or PharmD degree and possess an active pharmacist license and injection certification. Proficiency in pharmacy software, specifically Kroll, and the ability to pass a criminal record check are required.
