Job description: We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Manager that is passionate about patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity for a pharmacist who is interested in becoming a partial owner (shareholder) and growing with the business long term. The successful candidate will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional care while leading a strong pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all Ontario College of Pharmacy Professionals (OCP) requirements for Pharmacy Managers Oversee daily pharmacy operations Provide excellent patient care and maintain strong patient relationships Provide patient counseling on prescription and non-prescription medications in accordance with the standards of practice and provincial regulatory requirements. Manage pharmacy workflow, staffing schedules, and team performance Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory efficiently Ensure proper staffing levels and operational efficiency Administer injections and support clinical services Perform related pharmacy services as required – including MedChecks Maintain compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations Qualifications Canadian Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy Professionals (OCP) Injection certified Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience in community pharmacy management is considered an asset What We Offer Competitive compensation package Supportive team environment Long-term leadership and growth potential If you are a pharmacist looking for more than just a job but an opportunity to lead a pharmacy, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
