As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking to connect with experienced Cost Controllers for current and upcoming opportunities nationwide across industries such as: Mining Energy Power & Utilities Infrastructure & Transportation Key Responsibilities Depending on the client and project phase, responsibilities may include: Developing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets and cost forecasts Tracking actual costs against budget and identifying variances Preparing and maintaining cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial dashboards Supporting cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting activities (EAC/ETC) Assisting in the development and implementation of cost control systems and procedures Supporting change management processes and cost impact assessments Ensuring alignment between cost, schedule, and project progress Collaborating with project controls, engineering, procurement, and construction teams Supporting audits, compliance, and financial governance processes What We’re Looking For Experience as a Cost Controller on major capital projects Strong background in cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Industry experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project environments and lifecycle phases Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent cost management systems Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project teams Work Model & Locations Opportunities may vary depending on client needs and may include: Office-based roles in major Canadian cities [remove the city listing entirely] Site-based or remote project locations (including rotational assignments) Hybrid work arrangements Why Join Our Talent Network?
