Role Description This part-time hybrid role, based in North York, ON, allows for a combination of in-office work and some work from home. As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/French), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and pricing, and preparing quotes and order entries. The role includes nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and supporting the inside sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets. The representative will collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and follow-up, maintain detailed records in the CRM system, and support French and English-speaking clients with consistent, high-quality service. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and retail accounts across Canada Make outbound sales calls and follow up with customers via phone and email Respond to inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Educate customers on our product portfolio and recommend products that meet their needs Meet and exceed sales goals while earning uncapped commission Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in Salesforce (training provided) Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Ideal Candidate: Bilingual - French, and English Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Kinesiology, Nursing, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) Has a valid driver's licence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking with customers over the phone Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take initiative, we'll provide the training you need What we offer: Competitive hourly wage of $21.70/hour + uncapped commissions Hybrid/remote flexibility following a comprehensive three-week in-office training program Hands-on training in Salesforce, pharmaceutical products, and professional sales techniques A collaborative, supportive team environment Career growth opportunities as our company continues to expand The opportunity to build a career at the intersection of healthcare, science, and business Potential to become full-time within 3 months of employment
