Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Daily tasks include maintaining patient records, organizing files, preparing basic documentation, and supporting clinicians with scheduling and administrative needs. The Administrative Assistant also helps manage reception area activities, coordinates payment processing and billing-related paperwork, and assists with other clerical tasks to ensure the clinic runs efficiently. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, records, and general office tasks efficiently. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and team members. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities for handling calendars, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinic leadership when needed. Candidates should have basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software and electronic scheduling systems. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment. Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an asset, and completion of a relevant administrative or office support program is beneficial.
