The Human Resources Specialist will develop and implement the firm's HR strategy while overseeing daily operations, including recruitment, performance management, and compensation. This role also involves fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with Canadian and US employment legislation. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in financial services. Strong knowledge of labor standards, excellent interpersonal skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and French are required.
