For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Administrative Assistant Job Description The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the Aurora site team, providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to leadership, employees, customers, and visitors. This role combines executive support, visitor experience, document management, and site coordination activities to enable efficient business operations in a dynamic and regulated environment. The incumbent leverages technology, digital tools, and continuous improvement practices to deliver exceptional service while supporting evolving business needs. Administrative & Leadership Support: Provide administrative support to the Site Head, Site Leadership Team, Human Resources, and other business functions. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, site communications, reports, presentations, and other activities that enable effective business operations. Reception & Visitor Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and incoming communications. Support visitor management, meeting logistics, site hospitality, and front-office operations while promoting a professional and welcoming environment. Document Management & Compliance Support Support the management, digitization, archiving, and retrieval of GMP and non-GMP documentation in accordance with company procedures, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and regulatory requirements. Maintain required GMP training and support document-related activities that contribute to inspection readiness and compliance. Site Coordination & Administrative Operations Coordinate administrative services, office resources, employee events, site activities, and vendor interactions. Support the planning and execution of meetings, leadership visits, customer visits, and employee engagement initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance efficiency, improve service delivery, and elevated client experience Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support business priorities. Canada Salary Range :CAD50,000.00 - CAD60,000.00/Per Year
