Position Overview: As a Busser in a fine dining environment, you'll actively assist and support our team of waiters, ensuring tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset. Your diligence in keeping all workstations well-maintained and stocked will contribute to the smooth flow of our operations. With a keen eye, you'll ensure that all dining areas remain spotless and presentable. Clear, clean and reset tables. Keep all working stations clean and stocked Keep all dining areas clean and presentable Responsible for preparing the dining room for service Responsible for assisting and supporting servers during service Responsible for closing the dining room for service Clean and restock stations (ex; bringing clean glasses to the bar).
