Job Scope The Bl analystis responsible for executing businessintelligence initiatives on regionand turning data into business insights that support Region analyticsand initiatives. The role gathers and analyses data, builds reportsand dashboards, and partners with business stakeholders to defineand track key performance indicators (KPls). Working closely with business analystsand data engineer that optimize data accessibility and usability. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, individual capabilities, and a collaborative approach to support data-driven decision-making at scale across the organization. Responsabilities Work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and KPls. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports(e.g., in Power Bl) to support enterprise-wide analytics. Perform ad hocanalysis to answerbusiness questions and identify opportunities, risks, and root causes. Maintain and document metric definitions, data logic, and report specifications. Monitor data quality, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with data engineering to resolve issues. Provide insightand recommendations to business teams and leadership through clear storytelling and visualization Contribute to following Bl best practices,standards, and governance across the organization. Visit Overseasoffices when necessary Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Business or a related field. 2 - 4 years of proven experiences in Bl analyst role, or similar analytical related roles. Strong SQL skills and experience workingwith relational databases/ data warehouses. Hands on experience with at least one Bl tool (e.g., Power Bl, Tableau); Power Bl preferred Solid understanding of data modelling concepts (star schema, fact/dimension, KPls, measures), with ability to work with large datasets Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills and continuousself-improvement. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python/R is a plus. Proactive and able to drive changes. Why Join Us?
