We are currently seeking a Property Administrator, Atlantic Canada to join our Property Operations Team. This role plays an important part in the day-to-day success of Plaza's Atlantic Canada portfolio by providing administrative and operational support across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with technology, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Reporting to the Vice President, Operations (Atlantic), you will support the operational success of Plaza's Atlantic Canada portfolio through a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities, including: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Property Operations Team Processing invoices and supporting accounts payable administration Preparing, maintaining, and organizing records, reports, correspondence, and operational documentation Assisting with vendor, contractor, tenant, and internal communications Coordinating and maintaining information within various company systems and databases Supporting data entry, reporting, and records management activities Administering work orders and tracking service requests through Plaza's property management software platform Assisting with operational projects and portfolio initiatives as required Coordinating information and documentation across multiple properties and departments Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements within the Property Operations Team What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience using property management, work order, accounting, ERP, CRM, or other business software systems Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with Fyxt, Yardi, Angus, Building Engines, MRI, or similar platforms considered an asset Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills A self-motivated approach and strong sense of accountability A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and support a variety of operational functions Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, property management, accounting support, or operations support role considered an asset We welcome candidates with experience from a variety of administrative and operational backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within the commercial real estate industry.
