We're currently seeking an Operations Supervisor who will report directly to the Operations Manager. This role is crucial for upholding our core pillars of Safety, Quality, and Production. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards and driving operational excellence. What You Get To Do: * Enforce policies, monitor attendance, assign work, conduct performance reviews, and ensure building security. * Ensure compliance, enforce policies, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and promote a safe work environment. * Manage raw materials, meet production targets, maintain standards, report accurately, and perform inventory counts. * Review products, ensure quality, manage waste, and improve scrap rates. * Provide instruction and training, give feedback, maintain records, and train on hazards and safety. * Handle goods, maintain inventory, achieve goals, and complete paperwork. * Respond to breakdowns, install and maintain equipment, troubleshoot and repair, and perform preventive maintenance. * Maintain cleanliness, follow housekeeping duties, and support the 5S program. What You Bring to the Team: * Over 2 years of experience in operations supervision or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. * Over 2 years of strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions. * Experience developing and conducting training programs. * Proficiency in using maintenance and inventory management software. * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Educational background or certifications in Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields. * Willingness to work or be on call during evenings and weekends as needed. * Work 7 (12 hour) days bi-weekly on a rotational schedule (Dayshift: 8:00am to 8:00pm). NOTE: Final compensation depends on experience, skills, education, training, organizational needs.
