Now we're looking for an Accounting Analyst who can read the story the numbers tell, question it, and make it better. About the role Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you'll play a hands-on role in the financial accounting of a growing technology company with clients around the world. What you'll be doing Working with the Professional Services department to evaluate and account for the progress of mandates, and to ensure accurate invoicing Collaborating with the sales department to ensure proper processing of annual license contracts (invoicing, revenue accounting, obtaining purchase orders) Following up closely on accounts receivable and meeting with account managers Participating actively in the month-end and year-end process (revenue and deferred revenue reconciliation, multiple accruals, and more) Participating in the annual audit of the financial statements Answering customer questions related to billing and purchase orders Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and the accounting system Taking part in various internal company projects What you bring A DEC or higher in Accounting or a related field Advanced knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken Excellent knowledge of Excel Experience with project management (an asset) Knowledge of Salesforce and FinancialForce (an asset) You're a self-starter who works proactively and doesn't wait to be told what needs doing.
