Job summary

The Role We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship. Our founders close the deals, your job is to make sure customers go live quickly, get value fast, and stick around. This is a hands-on, technical-adjacent role. You'll be working with AI teams, infrastructure engineers, and founders who know what they want, your job is to make sure they get it. What You'll Do •⁠ ⁠Own onboarding: take customers from signed contract to production •⁠ ⁠Be the go-to point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle •⁠ ⁠Proactively identify risk, expansion opportunities, and churn signals •⁠ ⁠Work closely with our founder on renewal and upsell conversations •⁠ ⁠Translate customer feedback into product insights for the team •⁠ ⁠Build and document the playbooks as we grow Who You Are •⁠ ⁠2–5 years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management at a B2B infrastructure company •⁠ ⁠Comfortable talking to engineers and technical buyers, you don't need to code, but you can hold your own •⁠ ⁠Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down •⁠ ⁠Proactive, organized, and doesn't need hand-holding •⁠ ⁠Startup-ready: you're excited to build process, not just follow it Nice to Have •⁠ ⁠Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPUs, or AI/ML tooling •⁠ ⁠Early-stage startup experience
