Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize advanced AI and machine learning models that power our digital insurance platform. Your expertise will drive intelligent automation, enhance data insights, and support innovative product features, helping us deliver seamless and personalized insurance solutions to our customers. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools. Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve customer interactions and automate document analysis. Lead model training processes utilizing big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and ETL pipelines for data extraction and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform’s architecture, ensuring robust deployment using cloud services such as AWS. Conduct data mining and analysis to uncover actionable insights from large datasets, supporting strategic decision-making. Optimize database design and manage data workflows using SQL, SAS, Talend, and other analytics tools for efficient data handling. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, including quantum engineering applications, to continually enhance our technological edge. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning model development, or a related field. Proven experience in developing AI and machine learning models with frameworks like TensorFlow or similar. Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA is a plus. Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Talend for data processing and analytics. Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), data mining, model training, and deployment techniques. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS for scalable model deployment and management. Solid understanding of database design principles, along with proficiency in SQL; experience with Looker or similar BI tools is advantageous. Familiarity with analytics software including SAS or R; experience in unstructured data analysis is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
