Support monthly and annual accounting close, prepare and reconcile financial records, analyze variances and performance indicators, and provide financial analysis to support management decisions. Prepare tax filings, contribute to budgeting and internal controls, and help improve and automate accounting processes.

Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care, monitor residents’ health, manage medications, and ensure nursing treatment plans and care protocols are followed. Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning, refer residents to specialized medical resources, and contribute to staff training and student supervision.

Manage media and government relations, crisis communications, brand consistency, strategic content, and communications that support fundraising and partnerships.

Ensure the safety and well-being of center residents through regular monitoring and security rounds during night shifts. Provide support to agitated users and maintain the general order and cleanliness of the premises.
