We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our sales team in Hamilton Scotland. As a Sales Support Manager you will provide efficient administrative and business development support to enable order winning and compliance activity. You will lead a high-performing team and take ownership of core processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the delivery of a consistently high-quality service. Role Details: • Annual salary up to £37,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus commission • Role based: Hamilton, ML3 0EJ • Contract type: Permanent • Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year. In this role as Sales Support Manager, you will be required to: • Ensure business development calls are achieved to increase opportunity generation, including your own targets • Provide direct line management and leadership to the Coordinator team, ensuring regular, meaningful monthly one-to-one meetings are conducted to support performance, development, wellbeing, and engagement. • Design, implement and continuously improve administrative processes. • Plan, allocate and monitor administrative work to ensure timely, accurate and customer focussed delivery. • Provide an excellent administrative service that supports order winning and operational activities. • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of administrative processes and drive consistent adherence. • Respond to queries and effectively resolve issues, escalating where needed. • Produce accurate and timely reports to support business needs.
