About Us Power Go develops specialized web and marketing solutions for powersports dealers, recreational vehicles, agricultural machinery, trucks, and other related sectors. Today, more than 450 dealerships use our platforms daily. We are in a key phase of our evolution, both in terms of product growth and the transformation of how we work. We are also in a critical phase where we are integrating artificial intelligence across all our platforms and internal tools. This is already changing how we design, develop, operate, and evolve our products. Technology environment Backend : Django, Celery, Django REST Framework Frontend : Vue Database : PostgreSQL We also use modern tools like Cursor and Codex to accelerate certain tasks. That said, we are looking for someone who maintains a rigorous approach to software development: fully understanding the problem, structuring the solution, writing maintainable code, testing, reviewing, and delivering with care. What You Will Do Develop new backend and frontend features, from design to deployment Write and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality of changes Improve platform performance, both in the application and in the database and APIs Analyze execution plans, monitor performance over time, and prevent regressions Contribute to the evolution of our development practices, tools, and delivery methods Help integrate artificial intelligence into our products and internal tools About You You have at least two years of experience in web development with Django or a comparable web framework You have a strong command of PostgreSQL or another relational database You have experience with unit and integration testing You are comfortable working in a codebase with real technical, performance, and maintainability challenges You know how to use tools like Cursor or Codex with good judgment, without losing sight of software engineering fundamentals You are proficient with Git You communicate well in both French and English in writing How we work We continuously evolve our practices We regularly hold workshops, technical discussions, and retrospectives We believe the way we build software in a year will be different from today We are looking for people who can adapt, contribute, and raise the team’s level Why Join Power Go A growing company in a key phase of its evolution An environment where you can have a real impact on products and ways of working Flexible hours and remote work Four weeks of vacation starting on day one An insurance program including dental and telemedicine Ongoing training A strong, dynamic, and passionate team Interested in this challenge? Requirements

Candidates need at least two years of web development experience with Django or a comparable framework, strong relational database skills, and experience with unit and integration testing. They should be proficient with Git, comfortable addressing technical and performance challenges, use AI coding tools judiciously, and communicate well in written French and English.
