Position Summary The Bookkeeper supports day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing accounting tasks, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a growing, dynamic team. This is an in-office role. What you will do Record daily financial transactions for multiple clients Maintain general ledger accuracy Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with payroll processing and payroll reports Prepare basic financial reports for review by senior staff Organize and maintain client accounting records Assist with month-end close activities Communicate with clients to obtain missing documentation What we need from you Post Secondary Education in accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience) 2-4 years of public accounting experience is an asset Knowledge of QuickBooks Online Payroll Experience including ROE’s, T4’s, Payroll Remittances Experience with Month End Closings Skilled in Spreadsheets and ERP Systems Direct client-facing experience requesting missing documentation, managing multiple engagements, and communicating about reconciliations and payroll items Professional proficiency in English Eligible to work in Canada What we Offer Health Care Spending Account Monday to Friday work week.
