Job summary

As a Bookkeeping Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting client bookkeeping workflows and helping maintain complete, accurate financial records. This role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, responsive in client communication, and comfortable working across multiple files while supporting the broader bookkeeping team. Responsibilities Process and organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation. Manage Hubdoc and digital document workflows. Match transactions to supporting records. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration. Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations for review. Follow up on missing documentation and approvals. Maintain accurate client records within QuickBooks Online. Support the bookkeeping team with client file preparation and maintenance. Assist with month-end administrative processes. 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. Hands-on experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Experience preparing bank or credit card reconciliations. Strong experience managing supporting documents for bookkeeping workflows. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online. Eligibility to work in Canada. Experience with Hubdoc is an asset. 50-55k annually Monday to Friday work week Extended health and dental benefits

What you’ll do

The role involves processing financial documentation, managing digital workflows, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations. The administrator supports the broader bookkeeping team by maintaining accurate client records within QuickBooks Online.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency with QuickBooks Online. Eligibility to work in Canada is required, and experience with Hubdoc is considered an asset.
