Terrain Fencing, a division of Terrain Group, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our growing team. Terrain Fencing specializes in providing high-quality fencing solutions tailored to the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The successful candidate will work alongside our fencing crews assisting with the installation of various fencing systems while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. We use AI-assisted tools to help identify and match applicants to our open roles. This may include reviewing resumes and suggesting potential matches. All final hiring decisions are made by humans. Key responsibilities include: Assist with the installation of wood, chain link, and silt fences Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools; maintain site cleanliness Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform digging, post setting, measuring, and layout tasks as directed Follow instructions from the crew lead and adhere to all safety standards Experience working in fencing, construction, general labour, material handling, landscaping, or other outdoor construction roles Experience installing fences (wood, chain link, or silt fence) Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and post-hole equipment on job sites Experience with job-site safety practices, including PPE, safe tool operation, and following established safety procedures Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions $20-$25/hour Dental and health insurance coverage RRSP matching program Life insurance benefits
