Job Description – Floorhand (Entry-Level) As a Floorhand, you’ll play a key role in rig operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of physically demanding tasks on the rig, including: * Operating manual tongs and slips to connect/disconnect tubulars * Assisting in rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization * Supporting the rig crew in daily drilling activities * Participating in safety procedures and identifying potential hazards * Attending training and development programs to enhance your skills What We Need From You: * 2+ years of recent outdoor heavy labour experience (or oil rig experience preferred) * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Able to pass drug and fitness assessments * Physically fit – capable of lifting up to 75 lbs * Commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why Work With Us?
