What You'll Do As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping freight moving and customers informed. Working closely with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and operations leaders, you'll help coordinate transportation activities from planning through delivery. In this role, you will: Coordinate freight movements and daily transportation activities. Assist with load scheduling, dispatching, and resource planning. Prepare and maintain shipment documentation and operational records. Monitor load status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. Communicate with drivers to support safe and efficient execution of shipments. Help resolve service issues and respond to changing operational requirements. Enter and maintain accurate information within transportation and operational systems. Support reporting, record keeping, and general administrative activities. Contribute to a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
