What You'll Be Doing As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices and payments. You’ll maintain organized financial records, verify compliance with company policies, and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations. Responsibilities Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services. Ensure all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Prepare and process batches of vendor invoices for payment. Coordinate weekly vendor cheque runs and online payments. Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts. Perform basic to intermediate general ledger analysis and reconciliations. Maintain an organized filing system for all accounts payable documents. Protect the confidentiality and security of all financial information. Support other accounting duties and projects as required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable or related accounting role. General knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. Ability to solve moderately complex problems and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Team player with a proactive approach to process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and accounting software systems.
