Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings. Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent. Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements. Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement. Assist with reporting in assigned district. Qualifications Essential Skills: Passionate about leading and developing strong sales teams. 1 - 2 years of experience mentoring remote sales teams. A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to work hard to get the job done. Fostering a culture of enthusiasm and continuous improvement.
